What is the Return/Exchange Policy?

At Ice Official, our priority is getting you fitted with a piece of jewelry you'll always want to wear. If your piece doesn't fit right or if you've simply had a change of mind, you have 30-days from the delivery date to take advantage of our risk-free policy. We offer a 100% On-the-Spot Full Refund or Exchange, with all shipping and restocking costs covered by us.

This guarantee also entitles you to a one-time replacement for the lifetime of your piece. If your product is damaged, link/cuff snaps or it fades under normal wear due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace your item. If for any reason we no longer carry the item, you have the option to exchange your piece for an item of equal or lesser value. We will charge a $20 shipping and handling fee for lifetime replacements.

We will forward you a pre-paid USPS shipping label to send your item(s) back. Simply print the label, package your item(s), then drop it off at any USPS location. 

 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and confirmed, we will send you an email to notify you and confirm the approval or rejection of your refund.If the return is approved, the full refund amount will be applied to your original method of payment within 1-3 business days.

Refunds will be voided if the jewelry has been damaged by accident, negligence, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.

 

BOGO/Free Items:

BOGO items must both be returned in their original condition for a full refund. If only one of the BOGO set items is returned, a partial refund will be issued based on the price of the item returned. 

Free items must be returned in their original condition for a full refund. These items are associated with a promotion or other requirements at the time of order. At the time of return, if the customer decides not to return a free item, they will see a reduced refund in the amount of $25 for the missed item.

 

Customized Jewelry:

Customized items are final sale purchases. In the case your customized item arrived with defects or breakage due to manufacturing, we allow 30-business days from the delivery date to send it back for repair. Please allow 4-8 weeks from the day we receive your package to repair the customized item.

To repair a defect on your customized item or if you have questions about whether your product is covered, please contact Ice Official’s customer support team within 30-business days from the delivery date. Ice Official’s customer support may be reached by emailing support@iceofficial.shop.

 

International Orders:

There is a $19.95 shipping and handling fee which is automatically deducted from the reimbursed amount if a refund to the original payment method is chosen.
