Domestic shipping within the United States is shipped using USPS with two delivery options: Standard or Expedited. Standard will take 3-5 business days and Expedited will take 2 business days.
International shipping is sent through USPS First-Class International and will take 10-21 business days once the order has been placed.
You will receive full tracking information by email once your order has been processed. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. If you did not receive an email, check your spam folder or make sure that the email you provided us was correct.

Risk of Loss: All products purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Ice Official. International Shipments: They are shipped DDU “Delivered Duties Unpaid” and International Customers will be responsible for the payment of any additional associated duties and taxes.
